Return / Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Products once ordered cannot be cancelled, only Replacement is applicable – conditions apply*. 1) We do not accept returns or cancellation of orders for any other reasons such as “I don’t like the design after seeing it in person” or “I no longer need it” or “you guys take too much time I don’t want the product anymore” or  “the delivery is delayed so I won’t accept the product” or “the delivery is delayed so I have purchased elsewhere” and etc. 2) Cancellation of the order is not applicable on normal sale time and even on sale period .

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed only for cancelled orders – *conditions apply*.  1)  In any case If any of the customer is willing to cancel the order under any circumstances, only 60% of the paid order value will be refunded. (detection is for payment maintenance and official works carried on.

Replacement Policy:

Products are returnable within the applicable return window( within 1 days of product delivery), only if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts, defective (damage / in a shape of unfitable ) or different from their description on the product detail page on htexhaust.com
Return Policy:
  • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
  • The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  • Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
  • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  • Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.
  • Products may be eligible for replacement only if we has the exact same item in stock.
  • If the replacement request is placed and we do not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.
  • Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns.
Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 1 days from the delivery of the product
