How to Track
- Check your inbox for the shipping confirmation email from htexhaust.
- Click the "View your order" or "Track shipment" link in that email — this opens your live order status page.
- Your current delivery status, carrier, and estimated arrival will be shown there.
📦 India Post Shipments
Most of our orders ship via India Post Domestic. For the most detailed tracking:
- Visit India Post Track & Trace and enter your consignment/tracking number.
- Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email.
- India Post tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.
🕐 Expected Delivery & Status Updates
- Dispatch: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Delivery: Typically 4–8 business days depending on your location within India.
- Remote areas may take a few additional days via India Post.
Need Help?
Please contact our support team if:
- Your tracking number shows no movement for more than 7 business days.
- Your order status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package.
