Build a performance-focused exhaust setup for the KTM 250/390 Adventure 2025, Adventure X or Adventure S with the HT Exhaust SB 1266 full system bend pipe. The system runs from the engine header area through the exhaust route and includes provision for O2 sensor attachment.

Full-System Exhaust Routing

The SB 1266 is designed as a complete bend-pipe route from the engine header section toward the exhaust outlet. Its formed profile follows the motorcycle’s exhaust layout to provide a purposeful foundation for a compatible aftermarket muffler and performance-oriented exhaust configuration.

O2 Sensor Provision

The full system includes dedicated O2 sensor attachment points to support the intended exhaust configuration. Correct sensor positioning is important for the motorcycle’s engine management system, so installation should be performed carefully with appropriate attention to sensor fitment, routing, clearance and secure mounting.
